Examples of life profile

Hi to all, I would like to know if there is a place where I can find some examples of life profile in addition to those provided in the guide.

I need them just for study purpose.

Thank you in advance!

Dear,

Once again, it is the product life that causes failure. If the description of the life given in the life profile is poor, the reliability prediction will be poor. Therefore, to have a good reliability prediction, every effort should be put on defining the life profile.

The problem with example is that they tend to be used "as is" without any analysis. This is not reliability engineering and this shall be banned.

This is the reason why it is difficult to provide examples.

Fortunately I have not heard of any collection of life profile. The worst would be to see a life profile given for each of the old MIL-HDBK-217 environments.

On the other hand, real life profiles are most often proprietary data (or even classified for defense) and most manufacturers will be reluctant to publish them.

To come back to your question: What kind of study do you plan on life profiles?

Dear Lambda, thank you very much for your answer.

I completely agree with you, the accuracy of the life profile is one of the key points of FIDES, especially if we compare it with MIL-HDBK-217.

Unfortunately I didn't explain myself very clearly.

I'm looking for a real life profile because I'm studying FIDES at university and I need to simulate a reliability prediction with this methodology, but the professor didn't ask to me to create a life profile from scratch, but to use an already made one (to save time); a profile not present in the guide.
In particular I'm looking for a life profile of an aircraft (commercial or military--it's the same).

Update: I have to use a life profile present in the guide for the simulation.

Sorry for the loss of time!
