Hi,

as for the MIL-HDBK-217F-Notice2 Full, i was looking to define failure rates for 'Hand Solder, w/Wrappin' /Connections with FIDES.

How is it possible with FIDES? 

And How is it possible with FIDES_ExperTool_portable?
