My first intuition is to used: Component type=Discrete semiconductor circuits, Silicon, junction < 5W ?

Dear FT,
For the moment, you may only modelize your LED as a diode. But the FIDES Group is actually working on LED. The concerned expert will perhaps indicates on this forum which type of diode and package available in the FIDES GUIDE 2004 is the best choice for this paliative option ?
