in the excel file in which the EEE can be added, in the TAB of the package selection, there is not possibility to select several kind of packages.

For exemple none of the ceramic flat pack (i.e. GDFPy-Fxx or CDFPy-xx, etc) or TO-5, TO-39, TO-46, etc...

Did you have any experience for these components? They are typically the IC. How did you insert the associated package in the file?

Hello, I would like to know if the solder paste of a PCB can be considered as a specific HW component or if it is comprised in the PCB itself?

My point is to make estimation of FIT because I am facing cracks issue on solder paste in some PCB for automotive application

I need help about one thing,

I'm doing MTBF using FIDES,

I have downloaded "FIDES_ExpertTool_portable.zip" and now I'm using "emptyTemplate.xls" and I don't know one thing. If I want to do a detail Method, the sheet "PART COUNT" and "FAMILY COUNT" mustn't use, right?

On the other hand, If I want to realice a Part Count Method, the sheet "PART COUNT" should be filled, and the same with "FAMILIES COUNT", right?

S'il vous plaît ,j'ai 2 cartes électroniques et j'ai fait le calcul du MTBF de chacune et j'ai besoin de calculer le MTBF global dois-je additionner les résultats pour le trouver ou quoi ?
